Ground Floor: The ground floor is ideal for 6 guests, with 1 double bedroom, 1 small room with a single bed, and a living room with a sofa bed for 2. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the bedroom.



Both apartments, together with the other residence across the street inhabited by the owners, have free access to the shared swimming pool and the expansive solarium with a hot tub, deck chairs, outdoor showers, and garden furniture.



The outdoor spaces include a private garden, open and covered terraces, a barbecue area, and an outdoor shower, offering a perfect setting for relaxation.
