The apartment building is in a quiet location on a closed and very well-kept property. Here you will be warmly welcomed by the landlady. In a bicycle carport you have the opportunity to charge e-bikes on site (for a small fee). The charming Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz is located in one of the narrowest parts of the island, which is characterized by the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guesthouses were built here in the well-known spa architecture, which together with the spacious promenade create a beautiful picture and invite you to take an evening stroll.
