The apartments are located in terraced or semi-detached houses on the ground or first floor. Bright and welcoming, each features a veranda, garden, balcony, or terrace—perfect for breakfast or sunset views with a glass of wine. Depending on the unit, views may extend to the sea, 900 to 2,000 meters away. Santa Margherita di Pula, a popular resort in southern Sardinia, offers a relaxing holiday in untouched nature. The area boasts lush hills, sandy beaches, and a large pine forest, making it ideal for families with small children. Nearby Pula (about 10 km away) has bars, restaurants, shops, and essential services. Sports lovers will find everything they desire in the immediate vicinity. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Some service facilities of the holiday complex are only open seasonally. Age of children max. 11 years. Youth groups under 18 years and groups over 20 people are not allowed. The photos show examples of houses and apartments. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). Not allowed in the areas used.
