They feature bright interiors and come with a veranda, garden, balcony, or terrace—perfect for breakfast or enjoying sunsets with a glass of wine. Depending on the accommodation, views may extend to the sea, located 900 to 2,000 meters away. Santa Margherita di Pula, a popular resort in southern Sardinia, offers a relaxing holiday amid untouched nature. The area features lush hills and sandy beaches surrounded by pine groves, making it ideal for families with small children. Pula, about 10 km away, has bars, restaurants, shops, and essential services. Activities nearby: Sports lovers will get their money's worth nearby. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Some service facilities of the holiday complex are only open seasonally. Age of children max. 11 years. Youth groups under 18 years and groups over 20 people are not allowed. The photos show examples of houses and apartments. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). Not allowed in the areas used.
