The small holiday village consists of 12 units in a green setting and is only about 900 m from the beach and about 800 m from the center of Lignano Pineta. Lignano – the well-kept and elegant seaside resort with its three districts of Sabbiadoro, Pineta, and Riviera – is located on a green peninsula between Venice and Trieste. Behind the 9 km long, fine sandy beach, up to 100 m wide, stretches a 250-hectare pine forest belt with beautiful parks. A variety of sports and entertainment options are just as much a matter of course as the wide selection of restaurants, shops, bars, and nightclubs. The complex includes: - 12 residential units - 6 buildings - Washing machine (for a fee) - Dryer (for a fee) - Barbecue area - Wi-Fi for 2 devices per apartment Extras included: Invitation to a wine tasting with typical snacks (in Bibione, only during high season) Beach services (1 deck chair, 1 lounger, 1 parasol), approximately from May to mid-September 10% discount at various restaurants and shops 20% green fee discount (Monday-Friday) at the 18-hole Lignano Golf Club Bicycle rental for children and adults at a price of €26.00 per week/bike, subject to availability (€50.00 deposit). Child seats and helmets are also provided, subject to availability. E-bike rental €26.00 per day (€50.00 deposit) - reservation is mandatory Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Only small dogs allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. WLAN only for smaller amounts of data.
