The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a private outdoor space with a garden, 2 open terraces, a covered terrace, and a barbecue.

The accommodation is conveniently located just a short drive from the charming Mediterranean towns of Denia Altea, Moraira, Gandia and Javea. Each of them with its own charm.

A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Their owners are responsible for any damage they may cause.

There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. The security cameras and listening device are for the access control outside the property.



IMPORTANT: The maximum capacity of this property is 8 people, including adults and children over the age of 2.

Although children over 2 years old can stay at no additional cost, they are still counted within the total occupancy limit for legal and safety reasons.

We reserve the right to cancel the reservation immediately and without refund if the presence of undeclared guests is confirmed. Under no circumstances will occupancy beyond 8 people be accepted, with the sole exception of infants under 2 years old.
