The 70 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi (suitable for video calls), a fan, a washing machine and a dryer. This holiday home has a private balcony for your evening relaxation.



The villa is located below a road, with rush hour traffic in the mornings and evenings, but it is well insulated by a boundary wall. Otherwise, it is fairly quiet during the day and you will not be disturbed at night.

Public transport is within walking distance, and the train runs every hour, taking only 15 minutes to Salzburg. You can also reach the Festspielhaus in a short time, so festival accommodation is possible at any time. The town center is conveniently located just 50 m from the property.
