Located in San Giuliano Terme, the holiday home Villetta dei Cipressi offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property is set on two floors and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to four people. One of the double beds can be converted into two single beds, providing greater flexibility for guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. The accommodation does not have air conditioning.



The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful area in the heart of the Parco dei Monti Pisani, on a private road away from traffic. Surrounded by greenery, it offers an atmosphere of peace and serenity, often enhanced by the presence of woodland animals. Numerous hiking and cycling trails are nearby, ideal for those who love nature and outdoor activities.



Outside, you can enjoy a private space immersed in nature, with an open terrace, a covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor oven, perfect for convivial moments in the open air. A cot is also available for small children.



The location is strategic: Pisa and Lucca are just a few kilometers away and easily reachable by car. Pisa Airport is about a 15-minute drive away.



There are three parking spaces available on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking and organizing parties or events are not permitted.
