The Luxury 100m² Sea View Apartment is located in 2nd line to the beach of Benalmádena, a town near the Costa del Sol in Spain's southern Andalusia region. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The apartment also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request).

Guests can enjoy the beautiful sea view while relaxing outdoors on the garden furniture or sun in the private open terrace. The outdoor area also features a shared pool (open from 15 June to 15 September) suitable for children as well as showers.

The home is just a 3 to 7 minute (240 to 550 m) walk from a restaurant, a bar, and a cafe, and there is a supermarket just a 4 minute (350 m) stroll away. Beautiful Playa de Terre Vigia beach is just a 10 walk (700 m) walk from the home. Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport is a 20 minute (19 km) drive from the home.

Parking spaces are available on the property.
