With its 53m2 size, apartment is situated on the 2nd floor and it can accommodate 4 persons. It consists of:
Two Bedrooms, living room and kitchen, bathroom and balcony with a partial sea view. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and cookery, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, water heater and filter coffee machine. Bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. Also provided to the guests are: Washing Machine, WiFi, Smart TV / Sat, Towels(one small and one large towel per person/week) and one parking spot. Pets are not allowed.

NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 200,00 EUR (cash only) must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order with apartment.
