With its 53m2 size, apartment is situated on the 1st floor and it can accommodate 4 persons. It consists of:
Two Bedrooms, living room and kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and cookery, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, water heater and filter coffee machine. Bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. Also provided to the guests are: Washing Machine, WiFi, Smart TV / Sat, Towels(one small and one large towel per person/week) and one parking spot. Pets are not allowed.

NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 200,00 EUR (cash only) must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order with apartment.
