With beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea, the holiday home Amparo is located in L'Escala. The two-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms and three bathrooms, so it can accommodate up to 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, fans and a washing machine.



This property offers a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace and a porch in the barbecue area. The house is situated close to the beach, including Cala Montgó, Cala Rocosa Illa Mateua and Riells Beach.



There are two parking spaces available on the property and one additional space in a garage. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Plastic paddling pools and charging of electric vehicles are not permitted. This property does not have air conditioning.



The rental features energy and water saving measures. Please note that there may be government regulations regarding water use at the time of your visit, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation or limit the use of tap water.
