Villa "La Louisière" is a single-storey house in Les Issambres, offering an exceptional sea view near the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, surrounded by greenery. The 150 m² house features a spacious living room with a sitting area and dining area by the fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate laundry room. There are four bedrooms, including a master suite, a bathroom, two toilets, and an outdoor shower.



The villa has been completely renovated with new bedding, modern appliances, indoor and outdoor furniture, as well as a large TV screen. It is air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a baby bed.



The villa opens onto a large terrace around the private pool overlooking the sea, and a garden of about 1500 m² with aromatic plants. The terrace, partly covered and comfortably furnished, offers a magnificent sea view and a barbecue.



A ping-pong table, board games, books, and a console with screen are also available. You can park three cars for free.



Hiking trails are directly accessible from the property, including a fitness trail. The property is close to the sea and a tennis/padel court (5 minutes by car). Boat rentals, windsurfing, catamarans, and bikes are available nearby, as well as restaurants, bars, private beaches, shops, and two supermarkets just a few minutes away by car.



Several golf courses are located a few kilometers from Les Issambres. The thalassotherapy center of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez is 5 minutes away by car. From the port of Les Issambres, 5 minutes by car, you can reach Saint-Tropez by boat shuttle. The nearest beach is 4 minutes away by car.
