Villa Monika is located in Liznjan in a quiet new development, about 200 m from the outskirts of Medulin, 500 m from the football field in Liznjan and only 600 m from the Sami's Ranch horse farm in Medulin. The well-known and popular beaches of Medulin are about 2 km away - 5 minutes by car. Those who prefer quieter, more secluded beaches will find a variety of natural beaches in Liznjan and the surrounding area from a distance of 2.5 km (5 minutes by car). The beautifully landscaped community beach of Liznjan with a cafe and kiosk is also recommended - especially with children.
