The flat is a granny flat on the ground floor with its own entrance. In the house there is 1 other flat and the main house, each with its own entrance. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa, a large bedroom with double bed, desk and closet, a small hallway and separate bathroom. An extra bed is added for bookings of 3 people.
The flat is located on the ground floor and in front of the flat entrance there is the possibility to make yourself comfortable outside under a pavilion.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine and clothes horse accessible from the outside.
Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but still close to the sea (8 minutes by car) and one of the longest beach promenades in Spain.
Car park directly in front of the house. A large public pool of the Mas Romeu development is located diagonally opposite, approx. 150 metres away (open June - August). Children's playground, basketball court, table tennis table, boccia courts also in the immediate vicinity on the other side of the road. Golf course in the immediate vicinity, approx. 5 minutes. Hiking and MTB trails directly from the house.
