Welcome to our stylishly furnished vacation apartment!
The apartment is a cozy and well-equipped accommodation. It has a total of
36 square meters and is divided into a living/sleeping/dining area with kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony in the greenery.

The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are provided and changed regularly on request.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable and spacious corner sofa (with sleeping function), a living room table and a Samsung Smart TV with cable connection.

The dining area is located in the living area, creating a very cozy atmosphere between the kitchen and the living room. Here you can sit on very comfortable chairs at a comfortable dining table and are always within direct reach of the kitchen, which is fully equipped with 4 hotplates, an oven, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Here you can easily prepare your meals and relax at the dining table.

The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed. The sleeping area itself invites you to a restful night's sleep. There is also a spacious closet. You will also find a large mirror in front of the bathroom

The balcony with a view of nature and the pond is the perfect place to relax. The covered balcony allows you to linger outside even when it is raining or snowing. Of course, you will also find seating.

The vacation apartment is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature. This offers you a wonderful opportunity to switch off and relax.

At the same time, however, you are only 9 minutes by car from Schwäbisch Hall town center, where there are numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and a wonderful old town.
The nearest major supermarket is 7 minutes away by car. While the nearest bakery can be reached in just 3 minutes by car. The train station Schwäbisch Hall - Hessental is only a 5-minute drive away, a bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away which is served every 30 minutes, so you are mobile even without a vehicle.
A free parking lot is available directly at the house

Another advantage is that you can take advantage of the restaurant Gasthaus zum Löwen, which is located in the same building, at the weekend. Here you will find delicious, regional dishes and can chat with other guests. So if you don't feel like cooking, just go to the restaurant.
The opening hours are Friday - Sunday from 17:00 and Sunday 11:30 - 14:00
