The listed and spacious house is located in the highest part (930m) of Johanngeorgenstadt in the middle of the forest. It offers ideal conditions for cross-country skiing, cycling and hiking enthusiasts, as it is located directly on the Kammloipe/the Blue Kammwanderweg. It is suitable for a maximum of 16 people: one double room, one 3-bed room, one 4-bed maisonette, one 5-bed maisonette, each with a separate bathroom (2 extra beds possible). A beautiful common room with fireplace, sauna, billiard room and barbecue area complete the offer. Henneberg is ideal for nature and sports enthusiasts. The European long-distance hiking and cycling trail E3 runs in the immediate vicinity of our house. The numerous Kammweg cycle tours range from easy to challenging and are very varied. The winter season in Germany's most snow-sure region north of the Alps offers over 150 km of cross-country ski trails. The Kammloipe cross-country ski trail has been awarded the DSV "Excellent Trail" rating. Two downhill slopes with lifts and lighting are located nearby (by car). Access by car: via the A 13 (Berlin-Dresden), A 4 (Erfurt-Dresden) or A 72 (Hof-Chemnitz) highways. Recommendation: Take the highway exit Hartenstein (A 72) and then via Schwarzenberg, Johanngeorgenstadt, Oberjugel to Henneberg
