The nearby beaches of Opatija offer crystal clear waters and are ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Take a trip to elegant Opatija, with its magnificent architecture and manicured parks. Here you can stroll along the famous "Lungomare" promenade or sample the local cuisine in one of the many cafés and restaurants. A detour to the charming town of Kastav, known for its medieval old town and cultural events, is also worthwhile. For nature lovers, the Ucka Nature Park is a must, where you can enjoy spectacular views of Kvarner Bay and the Istrian peninsula.
