The holiday home Cosy Village Home is a four-bedroom property located in Parede, a small traditional Portuguese village overlooking the nearby hills. This two-storey house includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 10 people. Bedroom 2 can sleep four people. One of the bedrooms is set up as an office (not in the living room) and has a single bed that can be converted into a double. You also have high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, washing machine, books, and toys for children. A cot and high chair are also available. The house does not have air conditioning but is well ventilated thanks to a skylight and several windows. Outside, you will find a charming garden, balcony, and barbecue area to enjoy. You are only a 5-minute drive from São Pedro Beach, 10 minutes from Estoril and its beaches, 20 minutes from Cascais, and 30 minutes from Lisbon. You can walk to the tennis club, golf course, schools, international schools, and train station.



Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Up to four pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Please avoid unnecessary noise after 10 pm. There are guidelines for waste separation and efficient lighting and heating, as well as a fireplace for winter. Enjoy the house, but please respect the property and garden as if they were your own. Medium-term rentals are accepted, making it ideal for families moving to the area and looking for extended stay options.
