Smoking and events are not permitted. Pets are allowed upon request (available for an extra fee). You must comply with the rules of the Conil de la Frontera Town Hall to ensure good relations with the neighbours.



Please note that there may be government regulations on water usage at the time of your visit, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation or limit tap water use. The property can only accommodate families; groups of young people are not allowed. The deposit will be refunded after inspection and cleaning by the staff, within 1 to 3 days.
