Apartment for 2 adults and 2 children, 35m², on 1st floor, in a small family chalet with 6 apartments:

1 bedroom with a 140cm bed

1 bunk bed (190x80) in the hallway for 1 child or teenager

1 living room with sofa and kitchenette

1 south-facing balcony, ideal for continuing to enjoy the sunshine after a great day's skiing/hiking!



Come and recharge your batteries in the mountains, for skiing in winter or hiking in summer, in a resort where the sun shines 300 days a year!

Situated in a quiet street, 400 m from the resort center and the Ratier gondola departure point, you can walk to the slopes and shops.



The apartment has a garage suitable for a car less than 1.90 m high.

Parking is also available in front of the garage.



As access to the apartment is via outside steps, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.



The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.



Terms and conditions:

December to end of April: 7-day rental, arrival possible from Sunday to Friday (except Saturday).

April to October: 5-day rental, arrival possible any day of the week.



You can arrive between 4pm & 6pm.

Departure before 10am.
