Our apartment is spacious and stylish, ideal for accommodating a family of up to 4 people. The space features a comfortable living room with a double sofa and a small bathroom in the same area. The bedroom includes a desk, bed, and sofa, offering accommodation for 2 people. The large, fully equipped kitchen meets all your needs during your stay. The apartment also has a large bathroom with a shower. Outside, there is parking space and an area where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature all day long.



Gazatika is a quiet neighborhood, 12 km from the city center and 12 km from Paleokastritsa. The house is surrounded by nature, ideal for walking or cycling, as traffic is light. At a distance of 1 km, you will find the nearest gas station with a small convenience store and a café with delivery service. At 3 km, towards the center, there is the nearest supermarket, and along the same route you will also find a bakery-pastry shop. In the area of Iavros there are also grill houses and florists. The house is 10 minutes from the beaches of Dassia and Ipsos, where you will find many options for dining, swimming, and nightlife, as well as the Agios Markos health center. The ecological tax is paid upon arrival.
