The nearest store is 600 m away, while it takes approximately 15 minutes of pleasant walking to get to the city center. In front of the house is a private parking lot for 3 cars.
The apartment for 4 persons is located on the 1st floor , has an living area of ​​75m2, and is spread over two etages. In the lower part there is a spacious living room with access to a covered balcony with outdoor seating set , a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower/toilet.
