Our house is about 10-15 min. Walk from the beach, in a quiet residential area, it has a beautiful south / west terrace, a landscaped garden and a spacious carport + storage room for your car + Bicycles.
The living area is about 100 square meters. The living room has a sofa, satellite TV and a music system. Furthermore, there is the cozy dining area for 4 people.
From the living room leads to the terrace.
In the fully equipped kitchen there is an E.Cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a shower, tub and toilet. The bedroom has a double bed and a large closet.
