This holiday home consists of one floor (1st floor), a beautiful courtyard and a covered terrace with barbecue facilities. The ground floor of the house is not in use and is not offered. From the courtyard and the terrace there is a beautiful view of nature and the gorgeous blue sea of our Kvarner Bay. The surrounding nature is wild, a true coastal landscape, but it is beautiful and offers countless opportunities for an active holiday with the popular motto of the Vinodol region “One step to the sea, two to the snow”. On the nearby coast in Crikvenica there are: beaches with sand, pebbles, stones, rocks and a plateau, a dog beach, tennis, fishing, diving, water sports, boat hire. Horse riding is possible in Tribalj, 5 km away. A beautiful view of the mountains offers the opportunity to go to Lukovo and other mountain peaks such as Viševica, in winter to the famous ski resort Platak, which in summer is a beautiful nature park, to Gorski kotar, known for its natural beauty, lakes, the source of the Kupa River.
