Beautiful townhouse with spectecular sea views from the roof terrace Casa Cachalote is a lovingly renovated town house in the charming fishermen's neighbourhood with its pedestrian streets and many flowers. It offers space for up to four people. The view of the Atlantic Ocean from the roof terrace is simply fantastic. Even from the living and dining area you have a wonderful view of the sea.
On the ground floor are the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (150x190cm) with very comfortable mattresses and a pretty shower room. On the first floor is the large open-plan living-dining-kitchen area. A comfortable sofa, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island can be found on this bright floor. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning (cold/warm). On the second floor is the roof terrace, which is furnished with a dining table and lounge furniture. You can also eat under the shady pergola with a view of the sea in the warmer months. The outdoor shower with hot and cold water can be used all year round. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away and the centre with its many restaurants and small shops is also just a few steps away. The house is in a very quiet location in one of the small alleyways of the fishing district. High-speed Internet is available via the fibre optic connection and WLAN. The modern TV has German and Spanish programmes and is internet-enabled for subscribtions to Netflix etc.. Due to the open stairs, the house is not recommended for small children.VFT/CA/19353
