'Haus Latt' – Quiet and central apartment in Durbach



The apartment has a private entrance and is accessible at ground level. In the kitchen, you will find a fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Bed linen, hand and dish towels are included. A cot for children up to 3 years is available (for an extra fee). The living room features a comfortable sofa, dining area, TV and a radio with CD player. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In front of the apartment, there is a seating area with sun loungers. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.



You can park your car for free directly in front of the apartment. Bicycles can also be stored free of charge in a lockable garage. For stays of 8 nights or more, you can charge your electric car at the charging station, weather permitting.



The apartment is in a sunny, central location without through traffic. Restaurants, grocery store, bakery, post office, hiking trails and the swimming pool (free entry with guest card) are just a five-minute walk away. Offenburg and Oberkirch are each 7 km away, Europa-Park Rust is 30 km, and Strasbourg is 25 km. The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, France or Switzerland.
