The holiday apartment Weingut Zail with step-free interior is located in Eppan an der Weinstraße and offers a wonderful view of the Alps. The 125 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet, accommodating up to five people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The private balcony invites you to relax in the evening.



During your stay, you can use the communal outdoor area with pool, garden, barbecue, playground, and outdoor shower. The outdoor pool is heated and open until the end of September, and in October upon request. Public transport is within walking distance. A parking space on the property and a garage parking space are available. The accommodation offers a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles as well as a ski depot. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. An e-car charging station is available. Homemade products are also offered.



The accommodation supports you in correct waste separation and features energy- and water-saving facilities. Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems. A free shuttle service to the airport and train station is available. On request and for an additional fee, a bread roll service and interim cleaning can be arranged.
