Kitchen (15 sqm) with dining area (4 seats), gas hob (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (8 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
