The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment is a stone's throw from the center of the quaint village of Porto Azzurro, and from the renowned Piazza Matteotti, recognized as one of the most beautiful seaside squares in Italy. Porto Azzurro, which is called "the living room of the Island of Elba," is one of the most beautiful and popular tourist centers of the island, famous also for its beautiful beaches, both in the center of town (La Rossa just 400 meters from the apartment or La Pianotta about 500 meters away) and in the surroundings (Barbarossa or Reale from where you can visit the well-known green lake of Terranera). The square and promenade are the real meeting point of the whole town and in summer host various musical and entertainment events; also in the immediate vicinity is the colorful handicraft market, which brightens summer evenings. Also countless restaurants renowned for seafood dishes, open-air venues, stores, and souvenir stores.
