The villa "Mellizo" is located in El Campello and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.

This 100 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, an open terrace and a covered terrace.

2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is also available on the street.

One pet is allowed.

Parties are not allowed and it is forbidden to smoke inside the property.

Guests are kindly required to not use sunscreen prior to getting in the pool and to make sure that children do not throw dirty toys in it.

Beach/pool towels are provided.

A basic cleaning of the villa is included. Any additional cleaning can be arranged upon request and for a fee.

Electricity: 15 kw/day is included, any additional consumption will be charged at 35 ct/kw.
