This cosy holiday apartment for up to 3 people is located on the owner's 800 m² residential property in the attic of a detached house just 400 m from the Waren public swimming pool. Various shopping facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity. The charming old town and the harbour of Waren (Müritz) are just a 20-minute walk away.



The centrally heated holiday apartment is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, sitting area, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), a large bedroom (double bed, upholstered couch, small desk), a kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dining table, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom (WC, bathtub with shower).



At your disposal: WLAN, furnished outdoor seating area, barbecue and car park. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.



PLEASE NOTE: Access to the apartment is via a relatively steep staircase and the room height is only approx. 1.90m in places! (Less suitable for tall guests).



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, the adjacent promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has outdoor swimming pools, boat and bike hire, surfing and sailing schools and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway connection approx. 25 km.
