Idyllically situated in the Papiermühle district of Godendorf, just a few steps from the Sägersee lake and the entrance to the Feldberger Seenlandschaft nature park, two holiday apartments for up to 5 people each are located on the ground floor and upper floor of a separate house on the owners' approx. 3,000 m² residential property. There is direct access from the property to the Sägersee, a good fishing lake with a jetty and bathing ladder. There is a beautiful bathing area at Lake Godendorf, approx. 2.4 km away, and both centrally heated apartments have a terrace or balcony as well as further seating, sunbathing and open spaces on the spacious property, plus a barbecue, sun loungers, bicycle storage and parking spaces. The total holiday price includes final cleaning, water and electricity consumption. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The approx. 50 sqm holiday apartment on the upper floor has a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, LCD TV, radio, CD/DVD), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table, various kitchen appliances), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer, washing machine) and a furnished balcony with a view of the lake.

Godendorf, with its neighbourhoods Papiermühle and Schneidemühle, is an idyllic community surrounded by several lakes and forests, located in the south of Mecklenburg, on the border with Brandenburg, between Neustrelitz and Fürstenberg. Both towns with restaurants, shopping facilities and tourist attractions (museums, theatre, zoo, exhibitions, passenger boat trips) are about 10 kilometres away. There is a restaurant in the riding stables about 3 kilometres away and a bakery car comes once a week. Several lakes (including the eponymous Godendorfer See) are ideal for swimming, fishing or canoeing, while the neighbouring Müritz National Park and the Feldberger Seenlandschaft Nature Park are ideal for long hikes, nature watching (cranes, beavers, sea eagles or ospreys), cycling tours or mushroom picking.
