This one of two holiday apartments is located within a holiday home on a 650 sqm separate recreational plot in a small holiday home development on the edge of the village and forest. The distance is approx. 1.2 km (as the crow flies) to the Baltic Sea and approx. 1.6 km to the beach (shortest route). The holiday apartment has a living/dining room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function (possibility of an extra bed for one person), dining table, LCD TV, hi-fi, fireplace), an open-plan kitchenette (complete with dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave), 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 x double bed and LCD TV/DVD, 1 x 2 beds, additional cot, a bathroom with shower/WC upstairs, a guest WC downstairs and central heating. The apartment has a furnished terrace, lockable bicycle storage, children's high chair, barbecue and 2 parking spaces. Internet (WLAN) is only available to a limited extent via Wireless Giga-Cube, depending on the weather. There is also a small sauna house on the property, which can be used on site for a fee. The total price includes: Water, energy consumption, final cleaning. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. The Ostseebad Karlshagen charges a visitor's tax, which is collected by the property manager.

Karlshagen in the northern part of the island of Usedom only developed into a Baltic seaside resort a few years ago. It has a beautiful, wide sandy beach on the Baltic Sea on the one hand and a harbour with shipping traffic on the Peene River on the other. There are also a variety of restaurants and shops in the town. As everywhere on the island, there are also good cycle paths here. Horse riding, tennis and bowling facilities are approx. 2.5 km away.
