The 100 m² holiday home for max. 4 people + toddler is located on a 640 m² recreational plot within the holiday home settlement at the pine forest on the outskirts of Zirchow. The holiday home was completed in mid-2022 (first occupancy June 2022). It extends over two living levels and is furnished to a high standard. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining area (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio-CD, dining table, wood-burning stove) with an open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a sauna room with sauna and shower and a guest WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed and 2 single beds) and a bathroom with bath and shower. A cot and high chair are available for small children. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. Outside there is a furnished terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, storage space for bicycles and a car parking space.

The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, initial supply of firewood as well as water and electricity consumption. Pets are not allowed in this property.



Zirchow is a small village in the Achterland of the island of Usedom near the border to Poland. Zirchow is located directly on the Szczecin Lagoon with many bathing and water sports facilities. The seaside resort of Heringsdorf (approx. 10 km) or the seaside resort of Ahlbeck (approx. 8 km) are only a few kilometres away. In Zirchow there is a small shop for daily necessities and fresh bread rolls. Heringsdorf Airport is also only approx. 0.5 km away (low air traffic). A restaurant is about 0.3 km away. The Baltic Sea beach is about 8 km away (Ahlbeck seaside resort).
