Only approx. 200 m from the fine sandy Bodden beach, the approx. 26 m², simply furnished holiday home for up to 3 people is located within a small residential area on the owners' separate neighbouring property. The railway station and a popular smokehouse are just a few minutes' walk away, and the holiday home has a combined living room/bedroom (wardrobe-double bed, sofa bed, small dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, oil radiator), a small kitchen (electric hotplates, fridge, coffee machine, toaster), a bathroom with rainforest shower/WC and a furnished terrace with barbecue. There is a public car park approx. 20 m away and you can park in front of the property for loading and unloading. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The former fishing village of Lietzow is idyllically situated on the Jasmund peninsula in the north-east of the island of Rügen, at the narrowest point between the Great and Little Jasmund Bodden. A beautiful sandy, gently sloping beach with a playground, volleyball court and barbecue area on the Bodden invites families to swim and sunbathe, and both bays are also interesting fishing grounds. The cliffs and the extensive forests are ideal for long walks or cycle tours into the Jasmund National Park. There is also a popular traditional smokehouse with a restaurant, where freshly smoked fish is offered daily.Shopping facilities and other restaurants can be found in the towns of Bergen or Sassnitz, approx. 11 km away, and the popular natural stage of the Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek is about 5 km away.
