Idyllically situated directly on Lake Malchow, this holiday home for two people is located on the owner's 700 square metre residential lakeside property. The centre with harbour, the famous swing bridge, cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities is only a few steps away, the beautiful bathing beach at the Fleesensee is approx. 2 km away. 50 square metre, centrally heated non-smoking house has a large living room (upholstered furniture, extra bed for two people, flat screen TV, stereo, dining area), a small kitchen (electric hob, fridge, mini oven, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a hallway. There is also a furnished terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, seating on the jetty, cot and W-LAN. Boats can be moored at the jetty. A public car park is approx. 2 minutes' walk away and the total price includes final cleaning, electricity, water, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow and is connected by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding stables just outside the town, boat and bicycle hire directly in the town and wellness, sports and golf facilities at the nearby holiday resort Land Fleesensee.
