The holiday bungalow was completely renovated in 2015 and is located separately on a fully fenced plot of around 250 square metres in a holiday development directly on Lake Labussee. It is around 200 metres to the bathing area on the lake and around 100 metres to a restaurant and a boat and bike hire shop. The bungalow is about 45 square metres in size and can accommodate up to 4 people (including 1 extra bed for children up to 12 years). The house is equipped with a living room with upholstered furniture and 2 armchairs, TV, radio with CD player and dining area, with a separate small kitchen with electric hob (2 hotplates), fridge, microwave and various small kitchen appliances, with a bathroom with WC, shower and hairdryer and with two separate bedrooms. One of them is furnished with a double bed, the other room with a bunk bed (dimensions 0.80 m x 1.60 m) and a single bed. The bungalow has an additional electric heater. Smoking is only permitted outside. The following are also available: Furnished terrace with barbecue, storage space for bicycles, car park.

The total price includes water and energy consumption. Towels must be brought Bed linen can be brought or rented. To be paid on site: Tourist tax (April-October).



Klein Quassow is a small district of the town of Wesenberg in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Klein Quassow is a holiday resort and is located directly on the Labussee with a well-kept and well-developed bathing area with a small children's playground. There is a restaurant and boat and bicycle hire in the village. The wooded and lake-rich region is ideal for hiking and cycling tours in unspoilt nature. The area is also a popular destination for water hikers, as the Havel flows through Klein Quassow and connects the Labussee with the Woblitzsee and thus also with the numerous other bodies of water in the surrounding area. The town of Wesenberg is around 4 kilometres away. It is located directly on Lake Woblitzsee in the heart of the Mecklenburg Kleinseen landscape to the south-east of Müritz. The royal seat of Neustrelitz and Mirow are around 10 km away from Wesenberg. The village has shopping facilities, restaurants, an outdoor pool, passenger boat trips, canoe hire, boat charters and a cinema. Lake Woblitzsee is also part of the popular "Upper Havel Waterway".
