Our double house (dog house) is 300 m from the dike.
It has a 10 m² solar area, which ensures both underfloor heating and hot water preparation in a bivalent storage tank. The house is windproof, the windows have triple glazing filled with inert gas. All windows have electric blinds. In addition to 6 smoke detectors (from a German manufacturer), the house has triple locking and a walled-in safe for your valuables. All floors are tiled, only a low-allergy linoleum floor has been installed in the roof studios. A radiator there provides heat. Our exclusive holiday home has numerous products that have received the “Reddot” design award. The living room (28 m²) is bright, a tasteful, spacious corner couch for 6 people with a table and a view of the large flat screen (40 “) invites you to relax.
