The small holiday apartment is located in the owner's house in a quiet location in a residential area on a fully fenced plot of around 1600 square metres. A bakery and shopping facilities are about 1.5 km away, the nearest restaurant is about 1 km away. The Domjüchsee lake with bathing area is about 1.5 km away. The train station is 3 km away. The apartment was newly renovated in 2021, has a separate entrance and is about 40 square metres in size. It offers space for 3 people and is equipped with a living room with couch (sofa bed), flat screen TV, radio with CD player, DVD player, sitting area and a reading corner with an extensive collection of books. The apartment also has a bedroom with double bed and an open-plan mini-kitchen with electric hob (2 hotplates), fridge with freezer compartment and a bathroom with WC, shower and hairdryer. The apartment is equipped with insect screens in front of the windows and central heating: Cot, high chair, furnished terrace with barbecue, 1 sun lounger, seating areas in the garden, storage space for bicycles, car park. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption.



The residential town of Neustrelitz is located in the centre of the Mecklenburg Kleinseen landscape. The town is surrounded by the Müritz National Park and the wooded and lake-rich surroundings of the Feldberger Seenlandschaft. The region is ideal for hiking and cycling tours in unspoilt nature. The area is also a popular destination for water hikers, as the town can be reached via the Havel and several lakes. In Neustrelitz itself, the Zierker See and Glambecker See lakes are attractions for water sports enthusiasts and anglers, and the town is also the cultural centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District thanks to its various events, exhibitions and theatre and dance performances. Architecturally, the historic castle park with the Louise Temple, the castle cherry tree and the orangery are particular attractions. Neustrelitz has various cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities as well as a zoo with over 400 animals. The town harbour has boat moorings and is ideal for a walk along the shores of the Zierker See followed by a break in one of the many catering establishments in the now converted former granaries.
