This comfortable flat, newly built and furnished in 2013, is located on the upper floor of a residential building, approx. 1 km from the Baltic Sea beach. It has a living room (upholstered seating area, wood-burning stove, TV, radio, Blue Ray player) with open-plan kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x two single beds), a bathroom with shower, WC and sauna for free use, a guest WC, underfloor heating and a furnished balcony. There are also two car parking spaces, barbecue, high chair, cot and W-LAN available. Final cleaning, water consumption and bed linen are included in the total price. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Energy according to consumption, visitor's tax.



Karlshagen is a Baltic seaside resort in the northern part of the island of Usedom. Restaurants, shopping facilities, a marina with boat trips and cycle paths are located in the village. Riding centre, tennis and bowling alley approx. 2.5 km. The village has a beautiful sandy beach.
