The two-storey holiday home stands separately on the owner's 1200 square metre residential property directly on Rödliner See, a beautiful swimming and fishing lake (100 m). There are bathing spots at Rödliner See approx. 250 metres away and at Schleesersee approx. 300 metres away. The holiday home is equipped with: Living room with lake view (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, radio), bedroom (double bed), kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dining table, TV, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC with washing machine, insect gauze, electric heating. At your disposal: Cot and high chair, furnished terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, campfire area, small playground, car parking space, bicycle storage and 3 bicycles for hire. Included in the total price: Final cleaning. Water and energy according to consumption. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. Pets are allowed in this property.



Carpin is a village between the residential town of Neustrelitz and the town of Woldegk in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District, directly on the B198. There are many lakes around the village with beautiful bathing spots and good fishing opportunities. Carpin is the gateway to the Müritz National Park. Guided tours and hikes are possible there. Neustrelitz is around 12 kilometres away and the spa town of Feldberg is around 14 kilometres away. There are numerous boat and bike hire facilities there. In Neustrelitz you can experience culture and architecture with the historic castle park, the Louisentempel, the castle church or the newly designed market square. There are numerous shopping facilities and restaurants in both towns.
