Just a few meters away, you can reach Joigny and Pereire beaches, perfect for swimming and relaxing. The beaches also offer green spaces, a skate park, and playgrounds for children. A cycle and pedestrian path 100 meters from the house allows you to easily reach the center of Arcachon or the Mouleau district. Essential shops such as a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and grocery store are nearby.



The house features a private outdoor area with a terrace and small garden, ideal for breakfast in the sun or evening barbecues.



Inside, two living rooms await you: one bright with large windows, perfect for gathering with family or friends, and another cozier space for relaxing in front of the TV or reading. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and citrus press.



There are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a shower room, two toilets, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, two fans, a barbecue, and a high chair for children.



Bed linen and towels are not provided by default but can be requested from the concierge service and are available for an additional fee at the end of your stay.
