The apartment "Baita Florin" is located in a quiet and sunny area 20 meters away from the ski lift "Amerikan" and the bike path, 50 meters instead is located the Ski Area of "Carosello 3000", and 3 km from the Center of the village. In front of the apartment is located a butcher's store, a grocery store and the stop of free buses that go to any place you want.

The apartment consists of a large kitchen with: dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, satellite TV.

There are also a double and a single room (loft with two beds and a sofa bed in the living room), there is also free wi-fi service throughout the property.

On request it is also possible to have a covered parking space.
