The 93 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. This vacation rental boasts a private outdoor area featuring a pool and an open terrace.

Guests of this apartment can take advantage of a private pool (open from 11 am to 7 pm, Monday to Sunday, and accessible for a daily fee per person). Please note that the pool is public and managed by an external company. Guests must pay a fee to use it.

The property is set near the beach with busy and lively adjacent streets, cozy restaurants, and charming cafés that invite you to explore and enjoy the authentic local culture. Consum Supermarket is also close by.

Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed.

For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental following Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
