You will fall in love with this recently restored and modernized Villetta! The ground floor house is located in the small villa development ‘Giardino Azzurro’ within walking distance of the renowned sandy beach Campus. The villa development consists of around 50 houses, has a private grass soccer pitch and a central parking lot, secured by an electric gate. The beautiful sandy beach is not only known for its white, fine-grained sand, but also for a well-known fish restaurant right on the beach, which you can of course walk to from the house. There is also a well-known pizzeria just 300 meters from the Villetta.
Villa Maria Cristina is entered through an electric gate and is surrounded on three sides by a well-tended garden. The large stone table on the L-shaped terrace is the focal point of the house, with the old olive tree and various flowering plants in the background, where you can enjoy your meals in the pleasant coolness under the thatched roof. A spray mist cooling system with atomizers attached to the reed roof is effective against the strongest summer heat. Air conditioning systems for cooling and heating are installed in all rooms in the house. A solar system with a solar thermal system for hot water is of course also available.
The kitchen is equipped with everything imaginable: a large side-by-side fridge with ice maker, induction hob with integrated extractor system, microwave, oven, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, etc. The living room with kitchenette has a gallery with sleeping facilities. The large glass doors are secured with an electronic locking system and can be opened using an app or electronic card. A WiFi stereo system with wireless indoor and outdoor speakers, satellite TV and central WiFi is available. In the sleeping area, the spacious double bedroom has a large glass door facing the garden. The shower room is right next door. The smaller room with two single beds, on the other hand, has access to the rear part of the garden, where there is a bathroom with outside access. The toilet is in a separate room, as is the large shower, with hot water of course. The washing machine is housed in a separate room. The large, brick-built outdoor barbecue with sink is very inviting.
