The apartment features a spacious, bright living-dining room with large windows and direct access to the balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms—one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. All rooms are exterior, very sunny, and equipped with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.
