This 150 m² property consists of a large open plan living area, a well-equipped kitchen with all mod cons, 3 gorgeous bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (including a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi) and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and for all property damage and/or personal injury resulting from their pet.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

An extra fee for heating usage could be requested during the winter months based on consumption.
