With a view of the sea, the holiday apartment "Villa Seeblick Binz 01" is located directly on the beach in Binz. The 37 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped modern kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and accommodates 2 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher. A shared sauna is also available.



This holiday apartment features a private balcony for your outdoor relaxation. The accommodation is a lovely destination for a relaxing beach holiday or a perfect starting point for excursions on the island of Rügen. Recommended sights include the pier, the Rasender Roland (a historic steam train), the Prora treetop path, the Granitz hunting lodge, as well as a family-friendly adventure world in Zirkow.



Optionally, parking space No. 07 in the underground garage (double parker: 1.65 meters high, with a maximum load of 2,000 kg and a maximum car length of 5 meters) is available to you for an additional fee.



Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The accommodation has guidelines for proper waste separation; further information will be provided on site.
