The oak steel staircase takes you to the gallery in the bedroom, which is ideal for 2 adults, max. for a family with 2 children. In the finely designed bathroom with window you will find all the comforts with towels and hairdryer.

All the amenities of branded appliances such as: Coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher as well as stove and refrigerators leave nothing to be desired in the modern kitchen. TV - flat screen with Netflix, radio and WLAN are also included. A pellet stove warms every room and creates a cozy atmosphere. Here you will find space for retreat, relaxation and time.

The solid wood cottage is located at a nostalgic railroad crossing, which at the same time transitions into a biotope with rare birds, special flowers and vegetation.

The next village Reicholzried with restaurant and bakery is about 2km away. There are horse farms, golf courses, hiking and cycling trails and many excursion possibilities all around.

Winter sports with cross-country skiing and snowshoe hikes directly from the front door, alpine skiing can be reached in 40 minutes.

Our nearby surroundings with farm museum, swimming at the Illerschleife, Ottobeuren basilica, cultural program of Kempten, Memmingen open up many possibilities. Sights such as the castles of Neuschwanstein & Hohenwangau, Füssen, Oberstdorf, Lindau and many more can be reached in about 45 minutes.
